Everything Else Waits

In parallel universes,
Everything happens.
But in this universe,
Everything else only waits

For only one possible future,
Unless they wish to lie 
Dormant, forever
Hidden from view.

But the lucky ones,
They don’t stay that way,
Because someone looks
Into another reality

To copy it word for word,
Print it out in this world.
Tell a story
That will never happen.
